Question to whoever might know

I have a question to whoever might happen to see this and know this kind of stuff:

If I upgrade my lj account to the one with the ads can I go back down to the basic one if I get tired of looking at the ads? I don't want to do the upgrade if it isn't possible.

Thanks to darandkerry I know the answer now, have to consider the upgrading :-)
